Our involvement in the Leonberg City Run 2024: employee run and relay sponsorship
Over 2,200 runners crossed the finish line at the 14th Leonberg City Run this year, 350 more than last year. The atmosphere among the spectators and runners was excellent. The GEZE relay race took place for the first time this year, in which we were of course represented with our own team.

It is a matter of course for us to support local events that enrich life in our city. A total of 13 of our employees took part in this exciting running event. Not only did we pay the entry fees for our employees, we also gave our name to the new relay race. Four of our employees also took part themselves. And with great success! Our team took 3rd place and received a prize of €70.
The successful relay team decided to donate the prize – to honour this great achievement by our employees and to support their commitment, the management decided to generously round up the amount. Instead of the original €70, we are now donating €500 to the Leonberg Hospice. With this donation, we would like to support the important work of the hospice.
By supporting the Leonberg City Run, we are also emphasising our values of community and team spirit, which were once again put into practice here. We are already looking forward to the next run together.
