Our trainee programme

As a trainee, you will pass through several stations in a technical or commercial department within 12-18 months. This gives you a tried and tested springboard for your career as a specialist and manager. No matter which programme you choose, we will prepare you for your future career steps. You will be accompanied by a permanent professional supervisor and mentor. The programme is rounded off by extensive further training modules, assignments abroad and regular networking events with the other programme participants and the management.

You must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Completed studies
  • Motivation, initiative and a sense of responsibility
  • Curiosity, creativity, open-mindedness, reliability and resilience
  • Initial professional experience, for example through internships or working student activities
  • International experience preferred
