Tackling it together: our junior staff are setting an example of sustainability
At GEZE, sustainability means not only innovative products and processes, but also responsibility for our region. Our apprentices and dual students have once again impressively demonstrated this.

The event started at 7:30 a.m. – equipped with gloves, rubbish bags and high spirits despite the rain. In close coordination with the city of Leonberg and the environmental group of the Eltingen citizens' association, our young talents set out to rid the area of carelessly discarded rubbish. They showed real stamina. The rain? No reason to stop! "Precisely because it was wet and uncomfortable, we are particularly proud that we all saw it through to the end," said one participant. This team spirit and shared responsibility for the environment and society characterise the culture at GEZE – not just on this day, but throughout the year.
Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate culture.
With the waste collection campaign, our junior staff are impressively demonstrating what we at GEZE understand by sustainable action: we combine Swabian inventiveness with social responsibility – and with a lot of heart. Our commitment to the environment is not a short-term project, but a long-term promise. In 2024, we were also awarded the EcoVadis "Committed" seal for this.
The waste collection campaign is part of our GEZE sustainability year and emphasises that we are not only working on global solutions, but also taking responsibility locally. Because sustainability starts small – and that's exactly where we start. With this campaign, our junior staff have shown that commitment at GEZE is not just a word, but a lived practice.

Our apprentices and students on the dual study programme are an important part of our team. They not only bring fresh ideas to our projects, but also actively promote our corporate values. The rubbish collection campaign shows that at GEZE, we work together to make our world a better place.
